So we are here in South Korea. My second time to live in this beautiful country and Fanni's first time. We are now married and are awesome. True Story.
I'm sitting in my school right now working on this post while I wait for my class to start.
Things you should know:
-We are living in Seongnam.
-I work in Jukjeon.
-The school is FANTASTIC!
-Our Apt is kinda awesome.
So we arrived last Saturday and I meant to post about that earlier, but I've been either doing things or too tired to write anything. My brain likes to shut down on me after school.
The first few days have been great ones. Other than the fact that we got to our apt and found it an utter complete mess. The girl who lived there before us (gaw, I should post her facebook page up but I won't), left it in disarray. She left us all her stuff other than clothes. I mean, we got it all. So, the first few days were dedicated to cleaning out all her shiz. We scrubbed the place down as good as we could. Now poor Fanni is working on it without me there, although, let's be honest, I'm not good at helping her cuz she has her way of doing it ;).
So now our apartment looks more like our apartment instead of moving into someone else's crap.
In other good news, my school is pretty good. The kids are a lot of fun. They already understand so much English. That's a good feeling to be able to actually conversate with my kiddos. They have so much awesome stuff to say and honestly if you've never taught children before, you're kinda missing out on the awesome conversations you can have.
We are having an apartment warming party on Saturday and some good friends are coming and I'm really excited. I'm pretty sure Fanni is excited as well.
Well, that is all I have for now. Until next time, have a good portion of Daek Galbi. Oh, wait, that'll be me.
-D
